Pricing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
The application stops opening new files until a licence is activated. Nothing you saved is touched — your EDI files are ordinary files on your own disk, and any edit you made is already written to them.
Does the perpetual licence include updates?
It includes every update within the current major version. It does not expire, and it keeps working with no internet connection — the licence is validated once and then cached locally.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. Sign out on the old machine from the About dialog, then activate on the new one. There is no per-device charge and no hard seat lock.
Is there a refund policy?
The seven-day trial is the full application, so you can answer the question before paying anything. If something still goes wrong after purchase, reply to your receipt and we will sort it out.
Do you offer team or volume pricing?
Yes, for multiple seats. Get in touch through Lake Forest Digital and we will put something together rather than making you buy licences one at a time.
Which plan does the app itself open?
The same three. The Subscribe step in the licence dialog links to these exact checkouts, so buying here and buying in the app are equivalent.
